Using RankedStores

RankedStores (rankedstores.com) is a directory of Shopify stores and a free store checker. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The data

• Store information comes from public sources: the stores' own storefronts, Shopify's public store data, public social profiles and ads libraries, and third-party traffic estimates.
• Traffic figures are estimates, not measurements, and can be far from a store's real numbers. Themes and apps are read from the homepage at a point in time and may have changed since.
• The site is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Don't rely on it as the only basis for business or investment decisions.
• "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc. RankedStores is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. Store names and logos belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site, use the store checker, and quote or link to our pages with attribution. You may not:

• scrape or bulk-download the directory, or use automated tools to make large numbers of requests;
• try to get around rate limits, access controls or security measures;
• use the site or its data to send spam or for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RankedStores is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (zero for free use).
