About RankedStores
RankedStores is a directory of Shopify stores, ranked by how much traffic they get. Every store page shows the basics people ask about: where the store is, what it sells, how big its catalog is, which Shopify theme it runs and which apps it uses.
We find stores ourselves, from many public sources, and check each one against Shopify's public store data before it is listed, so closed stores, password pages and non-Shopify sites stay out of the directory.
Where the data comes from
- Store facts (name, country, currency, catalog size): Shopify's public store information and the store's own product and collection listings.
- Category: the Shopify product categories of the store's catalog.
- Traffic: third-party estimates of monthly website visits. Treat them as estimates.
- Theme and apps: read from the store's homepage, the same way our theme detector does it.
